Font I.D. 2.0

The mighty, mighty Font ID 2.0 is free with purchase of a Galaxy Graphic Design Set, Art Director's Reference Set, and Enterprise Set.

We also offer an free download version of this tool. Not as handy as original, but still better than the alternatives. A massive amount of work went into this thing ... offering it for free would make a corporate executive do a spit-take. But there are no executives around Galaxy Gauge, just some sleep-deprived designers.

Super Initial Caps

Years ago, we put together a CD-ROM that was full of Initial Caps A-Z, to use in layouts. At the time, that kind of stock artwork was hard to find, and the concept of transmitting hi-resolution artwork over a 9600 kbaud modem was pretty farfetched. Some time passed, we didn't sell any, so we decided to update the artwork and give it away for free.

It's incredible how dated these look now, the graphic equivalent of our embarassing yearbook picture. But at one point early in the days of DTP, these things were just coolest thing ever. Download it all here.

Here is an exerpt from the original download notice:

If you have a project to which you want to cheapen a bit with some thick cosmetics, this collection is for you baby! In fact, we guarantee that this art collection has more cheese than a milkman's slippers.
